I bought an Audi A3 from Jason at James & James in October 201,Buying any car is quite a nerve wracking experience, doubly so when its used, Its wise to be very cautious but i was impressed with Jason's integrity. He was open and straight forward. We discussed the car and Jason did all i asked getting the car independently checked by Audi, Serviced, Mot'd and replacing all 4 tyres with new. After a lot of research and searching for the right car i had the unpleasant task of visiting your typical used car dealers I was disappointed with every trip, greeted by pushy salesman and cars with dents, scratches and wear & tear never mentioned in the adverts. The cars looked great in the photos and sounded perfect but we're far from it in reality. I found a car at James & James which looked too good to be true so i gave Jason a call, He confirmed all the details and assured me the 100 mile trip from Surrey would be worth it, I was so convinced the car would be right i bought a one way ticket. Jason was brilliant and very professional and the polar opposite of your normal salesman and the car was perfect. I simply cannot recommend him enough. I have used James & James for over 5 years now.
