Saw the advert for the Passat Estate Highline on Autotrader and gave Jason a ring he was helpful from the start and arranged with him to view the car on the following weekend. I contacted Jason a month or so ago with regards to looking to buy a new car, I knew exactly what I wanted, a white Audi A3 that would last me a while, a huge upgrade from my, now previous, car. Jason didn't have any in, but promised he would look out for one for me, which is exactly what he did. When he came across a car that he thought I would be interested in he contacted me with all of the details and made sure the car was exactly what I was looking for, and checked that it was 100% honest and in good quality with all of the necessary paperwork etc. Throughout the whole process he was friendly and professional, he kept me up to date with what was going on and helped to sort me out with a good finance deal on the car. When I went to pick up the car he ensured that I was comfortable with the vehicle and the settings and controls etc before I drove away as one very happy customer!
